GIFT HAMPER DELIVERY
Boxed Expressions aims to achieve complete customer satisfaction through high levels of service and high quality gifts.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Boxed Expressions uses track and trace road courier for all deliveries except local.
All deliveries are made based upon the standard courier shipping terms as determined by individual courier companies.
All deliveries will require signature upon receipt where applicable. Where there is no one to sign for a delivery couriers will leave a calling card. This will quote the courier details to allow the recipient to either re-organise delivery at a time convenient to them or confirm details of the depot for collecting in person.
Please note delivery cannot be made to Private Bag or Post Office Boxes. Our dispatch days are Monday to Friday and delivery days are Monday-Friday only. Delivery Chargers as follows:
North Island - $12.95 North Island Rural - $20.35 South Island - $16.50 South Island Rural - $23.90 Overseas Delivery - Price on Application
For all deliveries please supply an address suitable for delivering to during business hours. This will help to ensure to the best of our abilities that your gift from Boxed Expressions is received without unnecessary delay.
For North Island Deliveries please allow 1 to 2 working days. For all rural deliveries please allow up to 3 working days. Please note we cannot guarantee the exact time or day of delivery.
For South Island Deliveries please allow 2 to 3 working days. For all rural deliveries please allow up to 5 working days. Please note we cannot guarantee the exact time or day of delivery.
CHEESE PLATTERS AND GIFT ITEMS - Please note, items with fresh cheese can not be delivered to Rural or South Island addresses.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Boxed Expressions are able to offer you international delivery.
Please contact us with your chosen gifts and destination and we shall be able to provide you with a quotation for shipping costs. Please note these quotations are supplied on an obligation free basis.
In order to keep your shipping costs to a minimum Boxed Expressions reserves the right to repackage any gift basket for an overseas destination.
All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars but will appear on your credit card statement in your local currency. The current exchange rate for conversion from New Zealand dollars will be determined by your bank at the time of your transaction. Should you have any queries to this rate you should contact your bank prior to placing your order.
Overseas orders may be liable to various import duties. Any charges imposed by your local Customs department will be the responsibility of the customer. Boxed Expressions can take no responsibility for such charges or local custom policies. For clarification of any local customs at the point of delivery you should contact the local custom office prior to making any order.
BULK ORDERING
If you are looking at placing orders for multiple gifts, for either delivery to individual addresses or an office delivery for staff Christmas gifts for example, then please contact us directly to discuss your order.
FUTURE ORDERS
Not wanting to forget those important birthday or anniversary dates or just looking to avoid those last minute panics of ‘oh no I’ve forgotten so and so’s birthday’?, then look to Boxed Expressions to assist you with your future orders. If you have dates for the year that you require gifts sorting for then let us know in advance and we will take care of the rest for you. Our Future Order system can be requested weeks or months in advance, even repeat dates can be catered for to ensure there is no more forgetting important dates.

CORPORATE CLIENTS
If your company regularly sends out client gifts or promotional items, Boxed Expressions can assist you in finding the right gift for your clients. No matter the size of your business, we have a range of gifts to suit any budget.
Should you wish we can even tailor make your gifts to your prescribed budget and wherever possible incorporate your company logos and colours. To discuss your specific requirements please contact us directly.
RETURNS – REFUNDS – EXCHANGES - CANCELLATIONS
If in the unlikely event your gift should arrive in a damaged condition Boxed Expressions will happily either exchange it for a replacement or provide you with a full refund. Please note that we will require all damaged goods returned to Boxed Expressions, which we will organise at our expense through our courier provider NZ Couriers.
On delivery of your gift, should you find the gift to be unsuitable for your needs it may be exchanged only for a different gift of the same value. It must be returned to Boxed Expressions at your expense within 7 days of dispatch and in an unused and re-saleable condition. Please also inform us as to why you are returning it.
Should any delivery go missing as a result of an incorrect delivery address provided by you, then Boxed Expressions is unable to provide a refund.
Boxed Expressions will accept cancellations for an order prior to it being dispatched and a full refund will be provided. However, please note that once an order has been dispatched, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Boxed Expressions will make every effort to ensure that gifts supplied are as stated. However, we also reserve the right to substitute products where necessary that may be unavailable or out of stock. Any replacement item will be to an equal or greater value than the original item. Where any substitution is necessary, Boxed Expressions will contact the customer prior to dispatch.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All prices quoted on our website are in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand goods and service tax (GST) at the applicable rate. Shipping charges are as shown during the check-out process and will be charged at the end of the checkout process. For International shipping charges please contact the office.
Boxed Expressions accepts the following payment options:
Visa, Mastercard, Internet Banking & cheque. All orders paid for by either cheque or internet banking will be dispatched upon funds being bank cleared.
